CHESS this Sunday, November 19, 2023 at Starbucks!

Hi Everyone...!

We meet every Sunday and Wednesday afternoon, and at least 10 players came by for chess over the boards this past Wednesday, with just about everyone still playing by closing time at our regular venue, Starbucks! Enjoying the afternoon and evening of chess were: Sam, Bert, Moses, Red (who solved the day's chess puzzle), Ben C., Tony, Mike T., John S., Morgan, and Alyssa!

Even more players are expected at our next session, this Sunday, November 19, 2023. As usual, all ages and skill levels are welcome, from beginners to masters and all in between! Come and go anytime from 3:00 p.m. on through closing time (8:00p.m.); there are no dues, and there's no purchase required (but it would be nice). There usually is a chess puzzle to solve, and the first one to solve it on the first try wins a free tall Starbucks drink of choice!

So then, come on by, enjoy the fun and challenge of the game, and make new friends!
