CHESS this Wednesday July 27 at Starbucks!

Hi Everyone . . . !

There's more hot chess these hot days, but we play every Wednesday evening over the boards in the cool temperatures of Starbucks, located at 1536 Kirker Pass Rd., Clayton, Calif. from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., and this Wednesday evening, July 27, 2016 is no exception . . . !  Come by anytime, the earlier the better for the best tables, more games, and some really nice company!

We had at least 10 players in last week's session, perhaps more expected this week, and one player will no longer be simply experimenting with radical chess openings like he did last week with John S., and so as the saying goes, "en garde . . .!"

Just a short note to remind you we have chess over the boards as usual this Wednesday evening, from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., at our usual venue, Starbucks, located at 1536 Kirker Pass Rd., Clayton, Calif. Come by anytime, the earlier the better for the best tables, more games, and some really interesting people!

Last week we had a dozen or so players and welcomed yet another new player to the club.
